Initial Phone call
We’ll schedule a quick call to discuss your ideas, timeline, budget range and answer any early questions.
Site visit
We’ll organise a time to come and meet you onsite and discuss your project further. We can consult with your architect/designer at this stage, take measurements if required and confirm feasibility.
Formal Quote
You’ll receive a detailed, transparent quote outlining the scope of works and the next steps to start construction.
Permits & Documentation
After your approval, we will prepare and submit the required drawings and paperwork to obtain the building permit. We will coordinate with the local council and building surveyor to ensure the project meets all building codes and regulations before construction begins.
Construction
With your building permit approved, we will agree on a start date and begin construction. We’ll keep you updated on progress and have regular meetings to make sure you’re happy with how your project is coming along.
Handover
Your project is complete! We’ll do a detailed walk through with you to review all details and ensure everything meets your expectations before final sign-off.
